The office was really nice. It was easy to find. It's a suite inside a medical center with multiple offices. There are stairs and an elevator and clearly labeled signs. The staff was friendly and after I filled out my paperwork I was seen very fast. Everyone I came across was kind and friendly.

I loved how attentive the staff was, especially when they saw how nervous I was to have my blood drawn. They also respected my desire to not know my weight. I felt very listened to as well, and unlike other health care providers this practice did not simply belittle me for my symptoms by saying “it’s because you’re a woman/it’s because you’re fat”. I felt like the whole practice wanted me to feel better, and took my symptoms seriously.

Was a great experience! I came in for a check up, but I had some concerns about my veins, she said i should be okay and eased some anxiety!
but she did not ignore my concerns, and sent in a request to double check! Very kind! front desk lady’s are sweet as well
Using zoc doc, just be sure you double check anything you fill out, birthday, marital status, etc. I thought i filled out everything correct! but later realized my birthday was wrong and it said i was married! Easy fix, but preventable.

The staff was lovely, very friendly and funny front desk. Understaffed and busy for sure but they were doing a great job with everything they had to juggle. Had to wait a while to be seen because of that but we were not in a rush, the nurse that checked my vitals was also very friendly and welcoming. Karen Genter had the smile and the facade of a friendly doctor, I could tell she was trying to be nice as she dismissed my disability entirely, barely examined me after an hour and a half wait and pretty much said there is nothing she can do for me because she is leaving soon and just transferred me to the next doctor who also happens to be leaving the practice soon. Bad luck on my part for scheduling here right now I guess. Told me to go to physical therapy and MRI downstairs, they had no idea I was coming because they were not informed or given a formal request so I had to wait even longer once I got downstairs. Just felt like I wasted over 2 hours of my day off to be invalidated.

New patient visit to establish primary care, most of my new patient pre-check paperwork was completed ahead of the visit online thru zocdoc, so upon physical check in at the front desk, I really just had to verify and submit my signatures for the office payment policy. From check in to check out, I was greeted promptly, everyone was very friendly and polite. I felt as though Karen Genter FNP was a wonderful listener and very thorough in obtaining my medical history, she was also very clear at communicating every step of the process along the way. I'm beyond grateful to have discovered this practice thru zocdoc to start working my way through my checklist of obtaining all my healthcare providers and get everything on track

Awesome staff. All the nurses were great and very informative. Answered all my questions. It’s been a while since I was in a doctor’s office so I didn’t know how things have changed.
