With over 10 years experience in the field of therapy, I specialize in utilizing mindfulness-based treatments like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a family systems approach. This allows me to tailor the therapeutic experience of each client to best fit their individual needs. Through this integrative approach, I am well equipped to aide adolescents, adults, and immediate family units in lessening their experienced life-interfering symptoms which contribute to their anxiety, depression, anger, and/or relational issues while working towards building a greater understanding of self, increased confidence, and increasing a felt sense of happiness within one's self.
