This was my first time seeing a psychologist, and my meeting with Dr. Murphey was easy. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns right away and felt that my needs were addressed - I also received extra feedback for planning my mental health journey.
Kind, caring, and actually listens!
The office reached out to me mid day before to reschedule then charged me like $150 for a cancelation fee. No prior attendance issues, this is very shady.

This was my first time meeting with a psychiatrist, so I was very nervous. Dr. LNM spoke calmly, she laughed with me, reassured me, really got to know me and why I was coming to see her. She listened and when she came up with a plan for me/us, she repeated it and explained why this was the plan. I felt so relieved and happy after my appointment with her, I feel so lucky that I found her!
Was a no show for an appointment as she was out on vacation and took no responsibility for it. I needed her assistance with disability and fmla form completion and she was slow to respond. She then discharged me from her practice without notice after inquiring about a billing issue and asking to update clinical information she provided to my disability claim that contained confidential workplace issues within it. Unprofessional avoid at all costs.

My provider was great, but I had three different companies asking for my insurance and billing info prior to the appointment, ZocDoc being one of them. This made things extremely confusing and ended with my first appointment getting cancelled. It was extremely frustrating. Eventually the provider and I figured it out, but ZocDoc made it very difficult to do so.
