I really appreciated the office staff; they were all very helpful and seemed to really care about what they were doing. The doctor assistant was super patient, really listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. She was the best part of the visit because I finally felt heard. My appointment was close to closing time, so I did feel a bit rushed, but I understand. I hope I can schedule for earlier because I could tell they all wanted to help me.

Went to do annual checkup like 2 weeks ago and never heard back anything. Called today to ask for the results being told it was ready a week ago. Basically they don’t tell you the results until you ask - which is fine. Which annoyed me is that when you ask, they only tell you to book an office visit with them so they can go over with you - by zoom or in person, but either way, you may have to prepare yourself with an extra cost if you don’t want to research the results yourself( ignore me if you don’t pay copay or out of pocket costs on this scenario). I almost don’t know if my prior PC was just an exception of providing me the summary/readout of my results clearly by calling me and explaining everything throughly and also log it on patient portal. They were just nice and not all about money. Besides that, the staff was very nice.
Also I got my bill and just found out I got billed procedures I’ve never done like B12 injection related and behavior assessment for kid and teenagers?

The provider left me waiting for 20 minutes between having vitals taken and being seen. After the appointment, I was told to schedule a follow up appointment, which I only needed to attend if test results were positive. I did not hear back about those test results. I called the day of and day before the follow up appointment to request those results several times before being connected to the provider 30 minutes before the follow up appointment would have been, only to hear that an insufficient sample had been taken to complete the test I had come in for.

I would absolutely recommend zocdoc to a friend, a well as Dr. Sanna Arshad. The office staff and Dr. Sanna were exceptional, very friendly, informative and really took time to tam and listen. I felt heard and not rushed or forgotten about, which I'm used to set most doctors offices. I was very impressed with how seriously they took cleanliness. It is clearly a new office and they're starting up, but overall wonderful experience.

Below is how I explained my visit on my FB page, I did not mention my practitioner by name but the following is in reference to my 1st virtual visit, on December 17th 2022 with Sanna Arshad.

So, today, I had my first virtual doctor's appointment and it could not have gone smoother. It was a little odd at first, however it became easier, the GP was attentive and professional. All my fears were assuaged and my concerns were answered and my Rx was expedited to the point, the GP insisted that it be delivered.
We parted ways in all of 15 minutes and I never had to leave my bedroom.
The genuine concern about my wellbeing was above all at the front of this practitioner actions and I am grateful.
If this is the way of the future, I am all for it. This is a marvelous way for anyone with mobility issues or immune condition(s) to not have to go into public and have anxieties about physically getting to a doctor's office.
