Nice greeting by the front desk. They explained my deductible situation, which is why they needed the cash up front. Answered a few questions verbally and signed the forms. I got seen a couple of minutes later. Dr. Arnowitz is very nice and informative. He treated me, advised how it might feel later, and then told me not to worry. Scheduled an appt to see him in 4 weeks for a follow up. I'll be back!

I had a great experience with Dr. Arnowitz. He really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and educated me on what was going on instead of rushing through the appointment. I truly wish more doctors were like him.
What I appreciated most was that he didn’t pressure me into surgery right away. He answered all of my questions patiently and made me feel heard and comfortable throughout the visit. Amazing doctor and overall amazing experience. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I booked a 3pm appointment the night before. Confirmed through ZocDoc & then when I arrived the building space looked like it had been vacant for at least a year, the door was locked, I tried ringing the doorbell multiple times & nothing happened. I also left a voicemail 10min prior to my appointment as I arrived early as a new patient & have yet to hear anything back (it is now 8pm). I’ll just find another doctor. Complete waste of my time.
