She offers medication management PLUS a holistic, person-centered approach. She prioritizes sleep, nervous system balance, stress regulation, nutrition, a sound environment, and a healthy lifestyle. She treats a variety of symptoms throughout the lifespan including anxiety, depression, ADHD (including late diagnosis in women), trauma, burnout, bipolar disorder, and hormonally connected mood issues.

Avery Selch, NP, APRN, PMHNP, out of the 15+ years I have been in and out of therapy is hands down the best individual I have ever met. She, at appointment #1, was able to make such specific recommendations / ask such specific questions to get to where she and I needed to in recommending medication and treatment. She was / is very available by phone and email with any questions I had pre and post appointment.

Despite not being able to see Ms. Selch today, she was very attentive and kind! Ms. Selch explained the process very thoroughly, and would be someone I would recommend if they were new to therapy! :)
