Azana Psychology Center provides thoughtful, individualized psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. We specialize in clarifying concerns related to ADHD, autism, learning disorders, executive functioning, anxiety, mood, OCD, trauma, and other conditions that can present with overlapping symptoms. Our approach is comprehensive, strengths-based, and grounded in current research. Evaluations are tailored to each person’s history and needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all testing battery. We integrate standardized testing, developmental and clinical history, behavioral observations, relevant records, and collateral information from parents, teachers, or other providers when appropriate. We understand that families often seek evaluation after feeling confused, dismissed, or uncertain about previous diagnoses. Our goal is to provide an unrushed and supportive experience, meaningful diagnostic clarification, and practical recommendations that can be used at home, at school, in treatment, or in the workplace. Services are available in English and Spanish, with select services also available in Portuguese. Telehealth is available for appropriate intake and feedback appointments, while standardized testing is completed in person at our Newport Beach office.
