The woman at the desk was very friendly and professional. She was also the person to take my vitals. Maybe my expectations were too high, as I haven't had an annual exam with a PCP in several years, but I thought there would be an exam during the annual exam. I advised the doctor directly of my concern, and he didn't offer to look at it, ask clarifying questions, or advise me on what to do in the meantime. He did promptly write a referral and a prescription, which was filled before I arrived at the pharmacy, which was unexpected. He commented that I didn't indicate any mental health needs on my intake form but still advised of a mental health doctor on staff. He then left in a hurry before I could ask any questions and then had to find my way back to the front desk alone. I had booked a 4:15 appointment online, but the office called to reschedule to 3:45 and I told at checkout the office closes at 4:00. Maybe that's why the visit was so rushed despite being the only patient there.

I have been looking for a doctor for my carpal tunnel, and I went in for my appointment and she exceeded my expectations for everything. I wish I would’ve found her earlier in my life. She found me a orthopedic and wrote me a referral. I am so excited to finally get my hand taken care of.

The office staff was nice.Zocdoc is horrible,had the office I went to as an ENT Office and it wasn't. I took off work just to go to the office and they turn me around and said we dont have an ENT . A waist of time and money . I will never use ZOCDOC again or will I reccomend it.

This was my first visit and I love the pcp Ana I change my pcp and she now my provider, very nice and understanding and gets the job done I will she take children but unfortunately doesn’t, I highly recommend her to everyone..
