I booked my appointment a week + ago, it was followed with several reminders. This morning I went to the so called appointment hoping to see the Doctor but to my surprise, I received a text message stating that my appointment was not 10am any longer because the doctor was running late and I should come back at 12noon. I called the Doctors office and am not sure if it was the doctor who was speaking to me because the person did not identify themselves, I was told that I was not on her schedule for 10am instead it was for 12noon. While I was waiting the text I received was that the provider had an emergency but the provider is saying something else. Very unprofessional I will not be returning.
