I arrived at the office for a confirmed appointment. The door was locked. The doctor actually let me in and told me to take a seat in the waiting room. I waited for about 15 minutes only to be told that Zak made a mistake and booked an appointment during their lunch hour. Even though the doctor was there they told me I either needed to wait an hour or reschedule so I just decided to leave. Neither doctor nor staff were friendly or accommodating, or very concerned about the error that was clearly on their part.

This was a first visit; all went well. It was an excellent orientation. You have not asked about what was negative. The actual website was difficult to navigate. The follow up request for information was wildly difficult to work through. I absolutely despise it.

I am highly satisfied with the progress made from my visits with treating for chiropractic care from Dr. Shmaruk - he was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely on point with the treatments - his office has all new , latest technology equipment and his staff is very nice too. Love coming here for Chiro treatments! I have suffered from multiple disc herniations and after my last pregnancy it was at its worst. Dr. Shmaruk composed the best treatment care plan for my specific needs. I also love that they have physical therapy here as well so I can do both services in one same visit date. Dr Shmaruk cares about his patients and truly focuses on helping heal the best.

My therapist was outstanding. She was tough and put me through lots of pain but I actually saw improvements the very next day. it's an out of the way trip for me but worth it if I'm going to recover. They used everything in their arsenal from heat, to ice, to massage, to exercise, to stretching. I recommend them!

This facility is great! Everyone is so kind & helpful. Leeyah who is my therapist is so helpful, down to earth & kind. She always makes sure you're comfy & helps significantly with my pain. There is also Fran, Ray & Julia who are just as wonderful as Leeyah. They make the time there a pleasure with their warm & welcoming nature. And let's not forget the great office manager Annie, who is always on top of everything. I've never seen a business run so well with such a great team. Thank you for always taking care of me & always being so thoughtful.

The building is a little rundown so don’t expect curb appeal. However the Front office makes up for it by being efficient and friendly and quick to acknowledge me upon arrival.
My P.T. Is Leeyah and she is terrific. I have been to PT several times over the past 10 years and my experience with Leeyah so far has yielded the best results. She intuitively knows how to apply the right amount of pressure and is responsive to feedback. She also provides effective exercises and stretches. I have been suffering from shoulder pain with limited range of motion and after 4 visits I have minimal pain and almost full range of motion. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend to others.

Anna-Dahlia is amazing!! I first came in with a stiff neck looking for pain relief from my neck and upper back. My pain was significantly reduced within the first couple of visits, and I've used her physical therapy services for 6+ months since. I tried doing exercises at home but nothing helped until i came to Back2health in fair lawn and was treated for physical therapy. they have a lot of good new equipment and the therapist is very good.
