Wonderful experience with Dr. Lam and all of the office staff. I am recommending her to all of my friends. You can tell Dr. Lam knows what she is doing. It was one of the most thorough eye exams I have ever had, and I have been to many different eye doctors! The clinic also has state of the art technology to assess your vision, which was all included through my insurance. She took extra time to make sure my contact lens prescription was as comfortable and clear for me as possible. The staff were also very patient and professional when I picked out new frames and lenses. The office is in a great location, very clean, and has great frames to offer. They also were very clear about my insurance benefits and pricing.

A very fast appointment. Felt a little rushed during the eye exam but the efficiency is unmatched. Going back to adjust contact prescriptions and the staff was very nice and helpful in giving information and booking the appointment.

the whole appointment was a pleasurable experience. that blonde woman on the front desk i think her name is ellen, she bent over backwards to do anything and everything she could for me while i waited to see the doctor. she gave me some very good opinions about glass frames. i'm not always good at picking them out for myself so she was a great big help!!!
