My approach to massage combines an intuitive sensitivity with a soothing flowing style. I use a variety of personalized techniques to problem solve pain in the body. The primary goal is to find and release restrictions, decrease discomfort and restore mobility. Relaxing massage techniques are also used to calm the nervous system and relieve tension.
I graduated from Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College in 1990 and established my business, Back In Balance in 1994. My office is centrally located in a professional setting within Paragon Chiropractic.
In addition to massage therapy, my training and experience includes several adjunctive methods:
Jin Shin Jyutsu (Japanese healing art, using meridian system)
Massage cupping
Trigger point therapy
Pregnancy massage
Craniosacral
Myofascial Release
Lomi Lomi
Quantum Touch
Reiki
I’m also well-versed in Nutrition, Qigong, and self-help techniques that can assist with getting the best possible results. Listening carefully is my best asset for tailoring the session to your needs and preferences.
