I am so happy that I found Simone and this practice. As someone who hasn’t been prioritizing my own personal health over the last few years, I was slightly nervous to start with a new provider, but she made me immediately feel at ease. She listened and really got to know me. I would say a majority of the visit was just her listening and asking all the right questions to really truly understand who I am and what I needed. By the time I left the appointment, I had a plan for everything that I went in with, and I also was truly impressed with her compassion, caring, authenticity, and collaboration with me as her patient. You will not be disappointed. She’s not only made me feel at ease, but she also made me feel seen and heard, which is uncommon as a woman in the Medical system. She immediately addressed something that I had been trying to get taken seriously for over 10 years. I’m so happy that I found her and I look forward to many years of our relationship to come. Just go see her :)

It was my first time seeing Doctor Oliveira and she was amazing! She was very kind, genuine, and attentive. She’s also a gynecologist so you can get your yearly physical and pap smear done at the same time! She filled my prescription before I even got home. Definitely recommend! ??

Simone was amazing! I am new to Massachusetts and have been looking for primary care for a while and I can say I finally found my person! The office is within a wellness center so you get a peaceful and harmonious feeling when you walk in. There was no wait when I got there and Simone was ready to greet me with a smile. Her bedside manner is excellent and she is very personable. I felt heard by Simone; She was able to address all of my health concerns and get me started on the care I've been looking for.

My appointment with Catherine Jones was AMAZING. She listened to me, was thorough in her examination, and made sure to ask if I had concerns or questions. She listened and explained things to me. She made me feel comfortable and important. The best part about seeing her was that I did NOT feel like the appointment was rushed at all!! It’s often nowadays that appointments with providers feel quick/rushed, or that it’s just about checking boxes. I know first hand that Doctors/NPs/nurses are overworked, so it was comforting to find a provider that was thorough.
With Catherine, it truly felt like she cared, and her questions and input felt intentional! I will definitely continue to see her as a PCP. YAY!

Catherine was great! I’ve been on the hunt for a doctor that makes me feel heard while also validating me and providing helpful information. She was able to talk through all of my concerns and made me feel extremely comfortable. In my opinion it’s rare to find a doctor that makes you feel completely comfortable and supported. I also felt like she had all of the knowledge and tools to help me with all of my concerns. I would highly recommend Catherine, especially to any female/nonbinary/trans individuals. She’s inclusive and thoughtful and really great at what she does!
