I am passionate about making meaningful relationships with my clients as they heal, build profound relationships and intimacy with others, discover their independence, and uncover their true gifts and talents. I work with elders, adults, and teenagers experiencing grief, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, family, and personal relationship difficulties, and academic or occupational stress. Counseling can be a life-changing experience where profound life shifts occur, and I draw from various theoretical frameworks to meet the needs of the person I am working with.
