I just moved here and Dr. Baker was fabulous. His bedside manner is what everybody wants. I got right in right away. Everyone there is so friendly. He takes his time and answering questions and I highly recommend him.

I was a new patient.. I'm one of those people that don't see a dentist unless I feel pain lol.. I was at the top of my pain threshold from a toothache and had to make an appointment that accepted my insurance.. I was having pain for 2 days lack of sleep and actually went to my appointment 2 hours ahead of my scheduled time and they took me in.. slightly embarrassed for the condition of my teeth I was met with dental assistant Ivory a wonderful lady who made me feel comfortable explained the procedure told me of options took X-rays for Dr Baker to examine and assisted him through the procedure.. I was lucky to have ivory at my side she actually reminded me to breathe lol.. I will keep Dr Baker as my main dentist from now on because of ivory I will return thank you so much My pain is gone and looking forward to my follow-up and consultation thank you again John

The office staff was amazing. It had been a few years since I’d been to the dentists and I was nervous that I’d feel judged but not once did I feel that way. Dr. Baker was super nice and explained everything. My hygienist was amazing (I of course can’t remember her name) but she showed me everything and took the time to ensure I understood it all.

Office was closed on Tuesday for the storm coming in on Thursday. I called ahead and no one responded, no message on their answering machine about how they were closed. Why would they still be accepting appointments?

I think the office staff was very friendly & helpful.
The doctor was very nice & very professional. He was very good at his job & I am very satisfied. The price was great with the help of my Insurance, as well. I will also be returning On Monday for my cleaning appointment. It was a very successful day with what was done. I am very happy with the results.

I went in for an emergency wisdom tooth check + referral. I got a tooth cleaning I did not ask for, and got charged out of my insurance for it. I just wanted my wisdom teeth assessed for removal. Experience was awful! Bedside manner was meek and not my favorite. This practice doesn’t deserve any clientele.

Only had X-rays taken, was told I’d have to come back for a separate appointment for cleaning and another for any work done. Waited a half hour for my “treatment plan” after being seen. Was there over an hour and only had X-rays done.

Dr Baker was the best dentist I’ve ever been to and will be the only dentist I’ll ever go to. He brought me in during the COVID19 pandemic as an emergency patient and I went in expecting only a cleaning or xrays and he went above and beyond and pulled the tooth out that brought the emergency so I didn’t have to wait months. He was very welcoming. Answered all of my questions. Helped me to make a great dental plan for not only this visit but future visits. Dr Baker and his dental assistant made me feel at easy even under a terrifying circumstance. I also really appreciate his receptionist who also took so much time in trying to get insurance verification etc. I will always come here. I will no longer trust anyone but Dr Baker. Highly recommend his office !

Dr. Baker took me in as an emergency patient - when no others would.
Not only did he provide me with on the spot analysis of my issues, but took me in to handle what could've only been done at an Oral Surgeons office.
When he found the issue was too painful for me to continue with, he did stop (after much novicaine) and was searching for a surgeon to take me in.
Instead of putting me through this huge expense, and the lack of urgent care surgeons, due to the coronavirus - he decided to not allow me to leave with a situation that would've kept me in bed for days. Dr. Baker went the extra mile and did whatever it took to get this tooth to calm down and put me in a position where I could go home without pain - and, on a road to immediate recovery.
I've been to many, many, highly profiled dentists in my years - but, I've never run into a man who'd stop traffic the way he did for me today.
Multitudes of dentists have had their hands on this tooth, but it wasn't until Baker put his eyes and expertise on it - was it finally, after years of discomfort, resolved.
