Bala CBT is a psychotherapy practice that provides children, adolescents, adults, and families with evidence-based therapy, utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (EXRP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Habit Replacement Training, Parent Management Training, and various family based approaches. We offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions. We do not prescribe medication, do testing/assessment, and we do not accept insurance. We are out-of-network providers.
