I began my nursing career in 1998 at Audubon
Hospital in Louisville, KY. Through the years I
have worked in med-surg, orthopedics, and
in bariatrics. I have worked with adult and
pediatric ventilator patients, in outpatient surgery
and my most recent experience was in wound care and
with hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment. Having
worked in health care, I have learned how important
it is to maintain optimal health. My goal is to help our
community balance their health and wellness by
offering education and healthy regimens for daily
maintaince. I offer telehealth visits, COVID testing and treatment, urgent care visits, vitamin injections, IV vitamin infusions along with weight management.

I paid for the visit out of pocket although I have Wellcare Medicaid of Kentucky. She wrote the prescriptions I needed. I found out that she was not registered with Kentucky Medicaid so Wellcare would not pay for the prescriptions. She called to inform me of what number to call to find the problem and she was quick to do so. She was very helpful.
