This provider prescribed me not one but two medications that were extremely dangerous given my situation and context I provided in the meeting. This pushed things into a full a mental health crisis. She also made triggering statements without having a proper understanding of the patient in front of her.

Ms Maxwell saw me and recommended a trauma therapist and said that they would call me back by the end of the day or next day. The
next day I followed up with the office and they said that they would have the therapist contact me shorty. I did not hear from anybody that day nor the next day I will not be using their services again. It is unconscionable that they would treat somebody that is seeking mental health help and abandoned. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I had a very positive experience with Ms. Priscilla. This was my very first appointment, she was attentive, patient, and truly listened without rushing or making assumptions. I felt respected, validated, and supported throughout the process.
She explained things clearly, took the time to answer my questions, and created a treatment plan that felt thoughtful and personalized rather than one size fits all. I appreciated her professionalism as well as her compassion, it made it much easier to be open and honest.
