I came in to do my 6 month routine blood work and blood pressure check - everything went smooth - EXCEPT - I asked her to refill my BP medicine as I only had one pill left - She confirmed - BUT - at 6:53 pm last night I checked with PUBLIX to make sure I could go get my RX this morning and they had not received it so could not fill the RX - SO - I called the doctors office last night and lvm - Also I am taking 1/2 of a pill today and tomorrow BUT do not have RX for Monday morning - NOT HAPPY

The staff and Nurse Practitioner was nice but I was advised to do my own swab for a test that the Dr. or nurse is supposed to do. I have never been to an office and asked to do my own test for a female wellness check.

She was mindful and acknowledged this is my first time doing the Pap smear exam. She walked me through the process and gave me good advices on my concerns and requests. Overall experience with this clinic was great and eased my nerve of going to the doctors. Hopefully the billing and insurance would be as expected too.
