Most relevant
Provider never sent the video appointment information. I contacted the office twice the day before requesting log-in instructions for the appointment, but no one got back to me. The office still hasn’t followed up, many hours after the appointment time. I just don’t understand why a provider would not just use ZocDoc’s software so patients get the login information automatically if they’re not going to communicate.
