She was very nice, we created a whole plan for supporting my needs and then hours later received a messaged she could not complete the plan due to a medication being a controlled substance. I feel that is something she should have known to work on creating a plan that would work for me. She prescribed something different that was not something that would help with my needs and then stopped replying to my messages.
