I highly recommend Dr. Bassi, he has wonderful bedside manner. I felt listened to and cared for. I feel as though he did thorough testing to get to the bottom of my symptoms. I was also seen right away, did not have to wait longer than 2 minutes. I was also the only patient in the office at the time which felt very personal and intentional. I will definitely keep going back.

The doctor was all business. But explained at every turn. He listened, he asked questions, and he examend. Within 20 minutes he knew what the problem was. he prescribed medications, and now I am on a path of healing. Urgent care could not figure out what was wrong with me. After taking X-rays, and performins many other tests they told me all was well. Very , disappointing!!

Just had my first visit with Dr. Bassi and I was really impressed! First off, the location was super convenient—only a few minutes from home, which already made the whole experience less stressful. What really stood out, though, was how attentive Dr. Bassi was. I even told him in person that I appreciated how he actually sat and listened to both of the issues I came in for—no rush, no brushing things off. He asked thoughtful questions and took the time to clearly explain his concerns and next steps. It really felt like he cared and wanted to get to the bottom of things. Definitely glad I found him!

I started seeing Dr Bassi the first of 2024 and I haven’t seen a better doctor in many years. Dr Bassi listens to me and gives me really good information on my medial advice. He really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to friends.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in to check in for my appointment the ladies at the front desk were very professional and very friendly. They truly care about their patients, and they are all very attentive and they truly a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service a lot of times can be little to none. Dr. Bassi was amazing. He listens to your concerns, he truly cares and is very warm. He listens to you and is very sympathetic, and empathetic to his patients concerns. He is thorough and such a breath of fresh air. I have not felt that warm and comfortable with a PCP in a long time. I'm used to being rushed and not too much cares for in certain physicians offices in the past. I would truly recommend Dr. Bassi to everyone looking for an overall professional, wonderful experience.

Dr. Bassi is a fresh of breath air in a world of medical providers that barely acknowledge you as a person and are only concerned about their meeting their daily quota. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a primary care physician that cares about you and is willing to listen and then educate you about your choices.
