Booked this as a gastroenterology visit through Zocdoc, with my insurance verified in advance. When I arrived, the office appeared to be a cosmetic/liposuction clinic, the front desk staff had no idea why I was there, and then told me they do not take insurance. There was no outreach beforehand to clarify the type of practice or payment policy, so I lost an hour of my day for an appointment that never happened. Patients relying on specialty and insurance filters should double-check with this office before booking.
