I arrived at 4:09 for a 4:30 appt. There were 7 patients waiting. One of the patients rescheduled their appointment and left. At 4:30 I asked the patient next to me how long she had been waiting. She said her appt was originally at 2:30 and then they pushed it to 3:30. She had made it early because she had a bit of a drive and didn't like driving in the dark; it was dark by then. I asked and received a refund for my copay and left.

Nice doc. Did w thorough check on my heart and a stress test. Just needed a quick EKG for my PCP so they knew I wouldn't be a regular patient and yet they were still very warm and welcoming.

The doctor is amazing and knowledgeable, great bed side manner. His assistant great as well. He treated my symptoms and provided every test possible to ease my mind. He reassured me all is good. The office can use a a makeover , that doesn’t bother me. I’m there for his knowledge.

I never got seen, my appt was at 4, i got there at 3:50 ish and there was no one at the front desk and 6 people still waiting to be seen. I left cause i couldn’t wait to see if id be seen. Never seen the doc at all.

Doctor and P.A. very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and took care of issues in a caring and efficient manner. They were very accommodating of my schedule as to the appointment and subsequent recommended procedures.

I liked the staff and location. The office is very “old school” feeling complete with a tube tv in the waiting room. It’s also in an older building. I think it could put people off because it’s not “sterile white” like the hospital, but I thought it was adequate since I was there for a stress test and echocardiogram - not surgery or sickness. I felt the doctor was thorough and direct, which I also appreciated.

The office staff is very friendly and went out of their way to help me as I'm having surgery and I'm under a time clock to get clearance from the doctor. The wait for him was a little long, but I understand that doctors are very busy and was grateful that he could see me as soon as he did on the calendar. Overall a great experience with Dr. Zaim .

The office space needed to be updated and was a bit run down, but I found it quirky rather than off-putting. Both the doctor and Karen, his assistant, were terrific to deal with. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained the issues clearly. The office is an hour away, but it is worth the effort to get there.

Dated building and short on signage - park in the back and walk up the ramp, not the stairs. Office is a bit cluttered and dated too, but more than made up for by the wonderfully friendly& helpful nurse who checked me in and ran my ekg. Dr. Zaim arrived an hour after my appt time, but he has a great bedside manner and was efficient!

I booked this appointment on a Sunday evening, and I was seen on The following Wednesday. The office called me ahead of time to confirm my online booking appointment and answer all of my questions prior to my appointment. The front desk staff was Incredibly kind and very helpful. My wait time was non existent, I was taken back immediately after signing in. Within minutes my concerns and questions were addressed with the nurse, my vitals were taken, and within 10 minutes of being in the room I was seen by the doctor. I had a followup scheduled before u even left the patient room. If you're looking for a "small town" doctor vibe I highly recommend. If you get anxiety going to a doctors office with bright sterile overhead lights, this office has a more intimate vibe.

Excellent Doc! He is quite knowledgeable and gave me and my husband several options of care. His office staff is also fantastic! Karen was kind and didn't judge us for being fat people. The office is a little dated but it was clean.

Not a bad experience. The office was kind of cluttered and messy but the staff was nice. I was surprised that I was not asked about my diet at all when it has so much to do with cardiac health. But I got what I went there for and in an efficient manor so it was what I was looking for. The doctor and staff all were friendly and helpful.

Looking for a provider on zocdoc is a real deal. Very easy process to get an appointment with a doctor no hassle at talking to staff and arguing with dates or hours. I tried to call a doctor on my own and couldn't get any appointment for three months. But, with Zocdoc I got an appointment within two to three days. Thanks Zocdoc.
