Incredibly rude. Dentist said I was lying about my last cleaning which the insurance confirmed I was correct and I was therefore denied coverage. Staff have signs on the back of their chairs that read "DO NOT TALK TO ME"

Dr Patel was awesome! Very friendly and personable. He really made me feel like this is the dentist for me. I've switched yearly because there was always something I didn't like...The equipment, the staff, the dentist, etc...however Bay Colony Staff and Dr Patel were all amazing. I'm already telling others about the practice!
