The staff in the office were great. The dentist was excellent. She listened, explained, and did a great job numbing the spot where the filling was to be done. She was gentle when she was administering the shot as well. I would highly recommend the dentist.

My insurance had expired and I was unaware. The staff was very clear and asked if I wanted to proceed with consultation. She explained my tooth and referred to a surgeon. Although I left the same way I came I was educated on the complications and next steps in surgery journey.
The doctor was direct, clear, and honest. I will be back soon. The office was clean and quiet. I was seen right away.

Vera pavlova is the best dr in brooklyn she is super proffesional....the only one dentist that took off my fobia after 5 years torturing and not going to dentist ......the way how she works makes me forgot about anxiety..all knows that is not easy to make root canal under enxiety moments she did and she is an angle..mi cant find words how to perscribe her....she ie so educated person

I would definitely come back,Dr Pavlova did my root canal on no time,I would say about 25 mins I didn't feel no pain at all from the beginning till the end and the staff is very friendly. Her receptionist is very nice and very friendly and definitely has a lot of patience??

My visit was very strange. Although I had an appointment, the doctor gave me only 5 minutes and talked to me from the hallway, because she had another patient. The doctor was neither friendly and not professional from my point of view. The office was not modern. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Dr. Vera Pavlova, but her colleagues were friendly.
