Unfortunately, I had a very unsatisfying experience with an uncaring and rude Dr Kwong.
Dr Kwong arrived 30-minutes late to the video appointment. After a brief conversation, she asked where I'm based. Upon hearing that I'm a long drive from her, she stopped abruptly (accompanied by a slight eye roll?!) and asked "are you even going to continue to see me?". My answering "of course that's why I'm here" apparently didn't satisfy her, as she refused to answer my follow-up questions by cutting me off. When I pushed for it, she said "I'm only here for one thing, I can't answer any of your questions.". Then I had to REALLY push for it by reminding her about her lateness and my rights as a patient to ask questions. That put her in her place. It felt strangely similar to dealing with petty bullies in high school.
Overall, it was a terrible experience. Doctors are supposed to care about their patients. I am not convinced that someone as mean and unprofessional as Dr Kwong has my best interests at heart.

What I really appreciated about Dr. Gesmundo was the attention to detail and thoroughness in her review. I came prepared with a set of questions and she respectfully answered all of them. The notes she wrote afterwards about the physical were extremely detailed and accessible for me to review online at Stanford Health Care. Overall very satisfied with my care.

One Word WOW! Dr. Alexandria Kragiewow and team are AMAZING! The office is clean and up to date. The doctor and her team are open and friendly and not pushy or judgmental. I went in in regarding my lady parts, which is uncomfortable already, and the whole team made me feel comfortable and provided a great listening ear. Dr. A was easy to talk to about "down there" issues and concerns. Doctors always say "ask me questions", and I am a curious individual, so i have a lot and DR. A answered every one with kindness and a high level of understanding. I no longer feel scared to book an appointment and see the doc!
