Efficient and organized practice. Not touchy feely if that's your preference, but friendly and matter of fact. They get you in and out promptly and value your time. Dr. S is thorough and informative. She was not at all what I needed or expected from a doctor! From the moment she came into the room it was all about mental health and if I needed medication (Pushing pills..)
I was not there for mental health as I see a therapist on a regular basis… I was there because I was having issues and needed someone to take me seriously and not push me off as mental! Worst experience EVER with a doctor!

I am a Nurse practitioner and by far, in my lifetime, Dr Solorzano is the best physician I have ever had . He is very thorough in his exam. He was very comprehensive in his history taking and addressing all of my issues. He counseled me in preventive care very thoughtfully about losing weight to lower my blood pressure and continuing exercise. He is a superb physician and obviously well trained and experienced.

The office appear to be run efficiently. It was about 10 minutes from our arrival and providing our insurance information to the staff to be called into the back to be seen by the Physican. The medical assistant did the expected of confirming who I was and information generally taken for any new patient. I provided information to facilitate the transition including my medication list, my medical problems, and my medical history. Once that information was completed, we waited approximately 30 to 40 minutes for the Physcian to see us. The physician was thorough in his questioning and his examination. We left with a clear idea of referrals, prescriptions, and a time frame for moving forward. Overall we’re very pleased.

I booked an appt for 1:40 on a Friday and took the day off of work for it. I walk in at 1:35 and they tell me my appointment was cancelled and “they tried to call me.”
I never received a call.
I spoke to the “Manager” Deborah on duty who reiterated what the girl behind the desk said.
Don’t do business with this office- don’t trust your healthcare with a bunch of morons that can’t even get scheduling correct.
