The staff and nurse were friendly, but Dr. Palmer did not listen nor give me more than 5 minutes of her time. I spent more time alone in the room, including when she left in the middle (left the door open, and I heard her taking about her next appointment about to start; I'm trying to sympathize that she's probably just over worked and busy, which means no time to care)... I arrived early for my appointment, completed the paperwork online, and was so hoping that I would be helped. Dr. Palmer basically told me that I needed to see my primary (same office, unavailable for two months) and then proceeded to tell me my illness that brought me in wasn't what she expected (guessed?) it would be, so all looked "perfectly normal"? So nothing got solved, I'm still in pain, I feel utterly ignored, and eventually my insurance will tell me to pay for this nothing. I left the office and cried in my car.

I’m gonna be honest about Dr Palmer at first I wasn’t that liking to her but after a couple visits I really start liking her and she’s a very nice doctor and a great communicator!

Dr Palmer seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. I expressed health concerns that have led to ER trips in past week and Dr Palmer made no recommendations. This is 2nd such appointment in past 2.5 weeks post open heart surgery. The appointment was a total waste of time. Will be looking for a new provider.

I feel that by answering the prior questions that pretty well covers any aspects of a visit. I will add that this physician has always been cheerful and ready to listen to any concerns or questions that I have. Also she is supportive when I meet my goals.

I was taken back within five minutes of my arrival. After Cassidy did the preliminaries, it was only a short time before Dr. Marx came in. She listened patiently to my description of my problem and did an examination. She provided some helpful information and answered my questions satisfactorily. She's very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Dr. Marx is a great listener. She never rushes me. I feel like I'm the only patient she has when I go there. She sits and talks with you about you focusing on any health concerns you might have. Then she does the exam and she asks again if there are any concerns/questions.

The front desk greeted me with delight and thanked me for checking in on the ap. The Nurse was kind and personable. The Doctor was on time and was compassionate listening to my concerns. I would recommend Dr Jennifer Marx and her staff at Baycare Oakview Family Care!

I have been going to Dr. Bruneau for about 15 years or so. He has always listened to me, in depth, and will take his time at our appointments to ensure he is covering all of my concerns, even if they aren’t realistic concerns, he will patiently tell you why it’s not a concern, and redirect you to the main focus of what he believes is ailing you. I’ve never felt rushed, unheard, disappointed, or scared when I see Dr. Bruneau. He will also tell you he would like to ask associates or do some research on your history, before blanketing a diagnosis over you. His Assistant Andrea is equally as compassionate and efficient. I almost always get a call back same day with my concerns. All of the staff is pleasant and seems happy to be there. Atmosphere, efficiency and integrity is high in this office.

I have had 2 visits with this dr. First one was very short and unwelcoming as a new patient. In hopes of 2nd appointment going better and her having a listening ear only to be disappointed.
