I love Baycare doctors. Their notes are thorough and this provider was excellent. The standard of care is much higher when you choose baycare, and I'm very happy for my children that we switched.

I made an appointment through zocdoc but got a call from the office shortly after. She said the zocdoc appointment was invalid. She made an appointment for another day with another doctor. However, even though I confirmed the appointment via text message, the appointment was not on the list when I get there. It was very confusing. The office had to remove zocdoc. This confusion happened to both my children. Dr. Pargas is kind and professional enough to cover all the problems of this system. I will always make an appointment with her.
