Dr. Ontiveros is, and has been the best physician I ever had. She is very professional she listens to every concern I have. She is very calm, I thought I was never gonna visit with her again because it's hard to get an appt with her at the office, but I wait for her because I trust the care I receive from her, priceless. Very positive experience with Dr. Ontiveros. She listens to my concerns and looks for solutions. I’ve been seen at her office 3 times now and have never waited more than 5 minutes. Office is clean and location is convenient with a Baycare lab right across the hallway.

This is the third time my appointments were cancelled. this time without my knowledge. I only found out when I tried to electronically sign in. However, I know it was on the books two days earlier when I had to call to sort out why my lab script was missing. There is a four month wait before I can get another appointment with the DR. This was the same time frame the last two times my appointments were cancelled. On a minor issue my name has become misspelled in their system since my last visit. In my opinion Baycare is a goliath medical monopoly here in Florida. I will do my best to avoid Baycare Dr.'s from now on.
