My family has a new insurance and the Dr Hasting keeps sending our new prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. We have to wait for them to fill it to find out. Then call them to cancel. Manually put it a transfer to the correct pharmacy and wait for them to fill the prescription. It’s a lot of hassle for no reason and we correct the pharmacy on every visit and have called the office to correct this but they aren’t fixing it. This highly delays us getting medicine. Now with this hurricane that came in I wasn’t able to get my medicine before they closed for the storm and I have to keep waiting. This is extremely frustrating and feels like no one at the facility will listen or that they can’t accurately pay attention. Additionally Dr Hastings tells you what she wants to move forward with but doesn’t explain why she wants to proceed with that direction instead of others.

I’ve never had such a positive overall experience w a doctor or office in general. They attended me promptly & efficiently. I was in & out for a first time patient appt in less than an hr! About 45m/less. I was listened to. She was very knowledgeable, patient. Didn’t feel rushed at all. All the office staff were great! Can’t say enough positive things

I filled out a questionnaire beforehand so I was able to be seen right away, I didn’t have to wait at all to see the doctor. He was very kind, and I didn’t feel rushed in and out like I have at prior offices. He listened to everything I had to say, thought for a moment, and gave me a straightforward recommendation. Just what I look for in a doctor. I’m so happy to have found this practice. I would recommend to anyone!

After brief question period and discussion with nurse my doctor came in, introduced himself and proceeded with his questions… since this was my first visit with him there were many quest ions for each of us to answer… I was very pleased with his knowledge and his ability to smoothly answer my questions yet listen when I explained my answers for his … great listener and relayer of answers I needed from him… first visit was very good!!
