This was my first visit since moving to Florida. The doctor was awesome he took his time discussed my medications, ordered bloodwork and gave me names of specialist. I would recommend him to others.
After an hr drive I was told by the receptionist my appointment was canceled via a verbal message. This wasnt true. However, I did receive a pre info form on the 13th, 2 days before my appointment. After leaving and calling Baycare to reschedule, I was told the end of May was the soonest. The main reason for my visit was to have my statin, blood pressure, and nitro refilled cause of the expiration dates. The receptionists basically told me the doc didn't have hours that Friday, my appointment date nor Monday. That I could go to cvs or any walk in clinic make an appointment and have them filled. After 6 yrs with Baycare I've decided to look for care else where.

I can’t say enough good things about my PCP, Dr. He d Andrew-She is an excellent listener, takes her time to understand my concerns, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand.
