If you’ve never been to counseling- I know the thought of it can be really intimidating. That’s okay, and completely understandable. However, I want you to know, Going to therapy does not mean you are “crazy” or “doomed forever”, it just means you are ready for something different- and sometimes it’s helpful to have someone with training support you in these transitions. There is another side and a way where you do not have to repeat the patterns of the past.
