Clients can expect to be free to express themselves openly and honestly. We will work together to use practical and applicable tools for coping with life while also finding a wider context, using our experiences to grow and find meaning and purpose to life. I often use analogies and will provide feedback and suggestions when appropriate. I pull from various methodologies, philosophies, and life experiences. We will work together to gain insights, new perspectives, and accept the realities of our lives with enthusiasm and hope. My practice focuses on working with individuals who are struggling with the suffering we experience such as death, loss of relationships, coping with a new chronic illness, occupational challenges, or feeling stuck in life. I view therapy as a sacred space for expression and exploration, where life and it's challenges can be accepted opportunities to grow.
