Called me at last minute to say my insurance was good the office help did not have their stuff together I called my insurance ring there in front of the front desk lady and was good day before appointment they canceled and then got Tex saying to confirm my appointment for next day.

Dr. Broadbax made me feel like she cared and was really wanting to help me. I have had my issues ignored for so long that I didn't think anyone would help. I think I have found the person who can finally help me.

Fe Ann Braxton and her team are awesome. She listens and communicates well. She gives explanations for the things she orders for you and explains thoroughly about everything. I definitely recommend her for all patients of all ages.

The nurse who took my vitals was super friendly and chatted with me for a bit, really helped with my medical anxiety to be treated with kindness and compassion, the doctor was super friendly and wasn’t shaming me for my weight, or my concerns and praised me for taking the initiative to research my health and portrait my concerns effectively. Overall the place was clean and very friendly, I decided to make this my primary care as I felt so at ease there.

It was a good appointment Morgan was very good she listened to what I had to say with understanding and compassion she also made suggestions and called RX over to my pharmacy for me. I have another appointment with her in 6wks. to make sure everything is doing okay.

They never sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy. Now I have to wait through the holiday weekend and possibly go through withdrawals. They clearly don’t care about their patients. There is no reason for this kind of treatment. I waited all day and kept checking. Called- no answer. Emailed- no response!

My experience with Amy was probably one of the best primary care experiences I have had. She was a great listener and it was clear to me that she wanted to help me find the root of my problem and get me back to living my best life. I would definitely recommend her!!
