Extremely positive - she listened closely to my needs and goals and tailored her recommendations to specifically address them. I really appreciate how much of a partner I was in my own health experience. She provided visual resources that are simple and intuitive to follow and made sure not to overwhelm me with new initiatives to try - improving my habits feels sustainable in a way it never has before!

Beth was instrumental in helping me get on a path to a healthier lifestyle, both in terms of diet and exercise. We worked together remotely during the height of the pandemic and I still use the tips that Beth provided to me!
