I’m 38 and not getting any younger — and with the physical demands of my work, I realize now how important it is to take care of my body. With consistent visits, I’m confident I’ll be able to continue doing the work I love without the discomfort I was dealing with before.
Honestly, I’m not sure why I waited so long to come back.
I had actually been here once before after a car accident in 2020, and I had the same great experience then. Just like before, the service was quick, efficient, and the relief was real.
Easy-going experience, clean space, and super convenient location only 15–20 minutes from my business in Beverly (Essence of Nirvana). As a lash and microblading artist, I’m constantly hunched over for 1–2.5 hours at a time, and I had been getting headaches from the tension in my neck and shoulders. After my visit, I was able to work on several clients without discomfort.
I’m booking my next appointment now and look forward to coming back!

Dr. Freedman was great! When I arrived he greeted my wife and I then talked to her as I filled out my paperwork. He listened to what had brought me into his clinic and said he would do everything in his power to get me straightened out. (pun intended)
I watched him work helping multiple patients making sure everyone was addressed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the office was upon arrival. The front desk woman was very kind and professional and answered all my questions. She really set the tone for a great experience with my visit. Front desk manner is truly everything in making you feel welcome and comfortable. The Dr was also very kind and professional. He listened, answered my questions and explained things clearly. I’ve had two visits now and came early by accident the 2nd time and he saw me anyways! They are fortunately flexible!! 10/10 i enjoyed my experience will be going back weekly! Would highly recommend and was pleasantly surprised by the office, front desk manner, and professionalism of the doctor!! Thank you ZocDoc for setting me up because I do gets nervous trying and venturing out to new things!! I’m so happy I did because self care is everything!
