Dr. Melo was exceptional. I came in with severe pain that had been affecting me significantly, and she and her entire team treated me with genuine care, patience, and professionalism. She took the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate my situation, explain what was going on, and walk me through the next steps without rushing or pressuring me.
Her assistants were equally kind and attentive, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly felt cared for, not just treated. I also appreciated that Dr. Melo focused on preserving my tooth and referred me to a specialist to ensure I receive the right treatment, not just the fastest one.
