I have never been seen so quickly after I arrived. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. Dr. Abrou was awesome and quickly detected what my issues/concerns were and prescribed the necessary medicine and discussed my future needs.

I’m debating on going back to this office, and only because the experience felt rushed. She definitely seemed like she knew what she was talking about but I expected to be heard out a little more. The nurse assistant that asked me questions before she walked in was more concerned and heard me out more than she did. I’ll see what my primary care doctor says about any other recommendations.

I came in for a skin issue and was immediately dismissed once she learned I have a pre-existing GI condition and take medication for it—even though that condition is under control. She didn’t attempt to discuss possible causes for my skin concern or offer any guidance, simply telling me to “see my GI doctor” for a SKIN issue… because of a medication I take.
I had waited about 40 minutes before being seen, and the actual visit lasted less than 5 minutes. I originally had two concerns to discuss, but I didn’t bother bringing up the second one because I could tell she wasn’t interested in listening. Her demeanor came across as rushed and dismissive, which is frustrating when you’re seeking care.
She prescribed me a topical cream but didn’t explain what it was used for, how to apply it, how long to use it, etc. I don’t even know if I need it.
Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard and brushed off. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this provider. What a waste of a copay.

Everyone in that office was wonderful. The doctor was great. She listened. She took her time. She asked if I had any problems or had any questions. She was willing to listen and explain to me everything that she was going to give me.. The gentleman at the desk was a wonderful person help me out with my blood work told me where to go. The nurse was wonderful she listened also very understanding. I would recommend this place to anybody.
