I have never been seen so quickly after I arrived. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. Dr. Abrou was awesome and quickly detected what my issues/concerns were and prescribed the necessary medicine and discussed my future needs.

My visit with Dr Abrou was great, as always. I have never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes in his office and I really appreciate that. His office staff is very friendly and helpful and so is Dr Abrou. He has a great bedside manor and seems genuinely interested in treating you and following up. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Abrou was great in treating my 9 year old son who had poison ivy. My son was very sad with having this rash, especially with how he looked. Dr. Abrou explained what was going on with his skin and reassured him that his rash would all be taken care of with the help of prescribed lotion. Dr. Abrou is very professional and wonderful with kids.

Dr. Nelson is an amazing dermatologist. I was impressed by his knowledge and precision of the diagnosis. I was really pleased by the consultation and finally happy to find a Dermatologist that really cares about patients.

The doctor held onto my calf and thigh inappropriately as I was not receiving treatment on my leg. I had to shake his hand off with my leg. Changed my diagnosis twice without clear communication as to why. I don’t feel comfortable continuing to seek treatment from him.

I'm not sure about using Zocdoc to schedule the appointment. After spending significant amount of time photocopying my Insurance and ID cards, Zocdoc does NOT even send them to the Doctors office !!! Quite frustrating as I had to spend another 30 minutes filling out paperwork at the doctors office ... 8 pages plus. I had already filled yis out via the Zocdoc app.

The girl at the desk upon check in was not very knowledgeable regarding insurance. She tried to tell me mine was not accepted which it was. She also said she could not find my online paperwork that I filled out. Had to redo it in office which was time consuming. I don’t know where the break down was , the office or ZocDoc.
