Hi there! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I’ve had the privilege of helping people through all kinds of mental health challenges for over seven years. My experience spans adolescent and adult inpatient care, as well as crisis stabilization—so I understand how overwhelming things can feel when you’re in a difficult place. After earning my nursing degree from the International College of Health Sciences in Florida, I jumped straight into psychiatric nursing, and later worked as a Forensic Head Nurse while finishing my graduate degree at Rivier University.
My main focus is supporting adults ages 18 to 65 who are dealing with mood disorders, trauma, or ongoing psychotic illnesses. I use a combination of thorough assessments, medication management, and brief therapy to help you find the care that works best for you. I truly believe in tailoring each plan to fit unique client needs.
During your first visit, we’ll spend time getting to know your needs through a thorough psychiatric evaluation. We’ll work together to set treatment goals that fit your life, and I’ll make sure you have clear information about your diagnosis and all the available treatment options so you feel confident moving forward.
