Most relevant
The building was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. I have been to two therapists previously, so I don’t have a ton of past experience, but this is the first time I have felt listened to and seen. I have been avoiding going to therapy because of past unenjoyable experiences. However, I came out of the session looking forward to talking more. Matt (Robert goes by their middle name) was blunt, but was straightforward about being so. I appreciated his no-frills approach and he was clear with the direction we were going to be taking things. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
