At Becoming Our Best Self, LLC, our purpose is crystal clear: to empower each client on their journey towards living a full and rich life. With a steadfast commitment to client-centered care, we place the utmost importance on understanding and addressing the unique needs of every individual we serve. We firmly believe that no two paths to wellness are identical. We believe that healing and growth should be accessible wherever you are. That’s why we offer telehealth sessions across Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Texas. Our secure online sessions allow you to connect with an experienced therapist from the comfort and privacy of your home (safe place)— no commute, no waiting rooms, just compassionate care that meets you where you are. Given our telehealth model we are unable to accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans which require at least one in person session. Note we provide therapy, we are not medication providers.
