Bedrock & Branch

Bedrock & Branch is an Atlanta counseling practice where therapy is grounded, compassionate, and purpose-driven. I specialize in working with individuals and couples impacted by compulsive or addictive sexual behaviors, pornography use, betrayal trauma, and the relational fallout that often comes with these struggles. Many of my clients arrive feeling ashamed, isolated, or scared that change isn’t possible. My role is to offer a steady, non-judgmental space where we can tell the truth about what’s happening and build a real path forward. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I use a structured, research-supported approach to assessment and treatment. That includes understanding the cycle of addiction/compulsion, identifying triggers and underlying wounds, strengthening accountability and recovery supports, and building practical tools for long-term change. We don’t just focus on behavior—we explore the emotional, relational, and trauma-based roots that keep the cycle alive, and we work to restore integrity, self-trust, and connection. I also work with partners who are coping with the shock, grief, anger, and confusion that often follow discovery or betrayal. Partner pain is real, and it deserves care in its own right—not as an afterthought. When I’m working with couples, we move at a pace that respects safety, healing, and readiness. The goal is not to rush reconciliation, but to rebuild honesty, boundaries, and emotional intimacy—whether that leads to repair within the relationship or clarity about next steps. For clients who desire a Christian perspective, I’m glad to integrate faith into therapy in a way that is respectful, clinically sound, and centered on grace. That might look like exploring spiritual disorientation, reconnecting with God and community, working through shame with a gospel lens, or aligning recovery with your values. Faith isn’t used as a shortcut or a weapon here—it’s welcomed as a source of meaning, hope, and honest growth, if that’s what you want. At Bedrock & Branch, therapy is both steady and practical. You can expect warmth and curiosity, plus direct, skill-building work that helps you move from stuck to grounded. Whether you’re seeking recovery, healing after betrayal, or a path toward wholeness that includes your faith, you don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to walk with you.
