My practice specializes in the intersection of chronic illness, medical trauma, neurodivergence, and nervous system regulation. I use trauma-informed, somatic, and evidence-based approaches, integrating nervous system regulation, identity exploration, self-trust, boundaries, and embodied empowerment. I work collaboratively and recognize that chronic illness and neurodivergence can profoundly affect identity, relationships, daily functioning, and one's sense of safety in the body. My approach is individualized, affirming, and grounded in both extensive clinical experience and lived experience. Psychotherapy is available within my licensed jurisdictions.
