I don't know about the doctor since I have been trying to see him for a couple of weeks and the front office e has NO IDEA what is going on. First they call on the wrong days and the the wrong times to tell me about my appt. Then they don't call me or email me to give me instructions for a video appointment. Then they said they are running an hour late so I tell them to move it to the next day. When I call 5 min before my appointment to see what's going on the lady says "oh we need your husband's social for the insurance"...really? I'm glad it was video and I didn't waste my time going to their office.

Great doctor
Long wait and they were charging fees above the office visit cost. The place is old and LOTS of people were waiting. At one point, there was not even enough visitor chairs. Desk people were rude. I can not recommend.
So unprofessional! I didn’t react well to the medication they gave me and I’ve been trying to get in contact with the doctor for a month now and no one calls me back. I’ve left voicemails, talked to a lady, and I’m still waiting for them a to give me a call back or at least answer the phone! If this was something minor I wouldn’t be writing this complaint but this is about a bad reaction to meds they gave me.... take your jobs a bit more seriously people.

Great experience
For being late to my apt, I was seen very quickly. Number 1: The staff members went ABOVE and BEYOND to help assist me. This was my first apt and certainly am going to continue to come. They were pleasant, patient, smiling the whole time (which is not normal for front desk) and even updated me on wait time - I have never experienced this before. I had brought my toddler with me and they were so kind to her. The doctor was extremely patient as well - cared with what I had to say - and very accomodating. I am very impressed with the overall quality and the professionalism of the whole staff.
They are very nice and best for the kids
Everyone at the office was kind and attentive. There was a wait but I feel that’s inevitable as Dr. Pabon takes his time with his patients. Usually at doctors offices I feel rushed or sometimes like the doctor could be more receptive..this was not the case. Dr. Pabon took his time with me, I felt comfortable and like I was receiving effective treatment which isn’t the easiest to come across in the psychiatric field, unfortunately. Highly recommended.
He really didn’t show any attention to my problems I tryed to explain what I’m going threw he didn’t really care what I had to say he just made sure on what I was on didn’t say anything to me besides how are you and I asked a question and was given an attitude with his response he said that my insurance didn’t cover my visits but zocdoc said it did he then said in order for me to see the doctor I have to pay cash I payed then went to Walgreens and was told my insurance didn’t cover the my medication I payed again cash at Walgreens I don’t know if it was on purpose or zocdoc made a mistake it just wasent right I needed my medication and had nothing to do but pay.

I was satisfied with my experience at this doctor’s office. My first contact was with the receptionist and she was helpful with the paper work and with how to follow up. My appointment with Dr. Albert Garcia (I could have the last name wrong) was really pleasant and made me feel comfortable expressing my concerns and complaints. I would highly recommend this medical group
