Please note this practice operates on a self-pay basis as we are not in-network with insurance at this time.
You are required to make payment at the time of service. You can pay via Venmo - @BHClinic, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or by card. If you are being seen via telehealth, you will be texted a link to pay for your appointment, this does need to be done prior to your appointment time.
Upon request, you will be provided with a detailed invoice (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please cancel it through ZocDoc as soon as possible.

Amazing experience with the staff, high quality care, efficient ways in scheduling, answers questions or calls quickly, and great professionalism all around. The office was clean, nicely decorated, and easy to find. I was able to schedule my appointments online and I also was able to see the provider in a timely manner without having to wait many weeks/ days before my first visit! Great team that put you first and your needs. Highly recommend and will be continuing my care with them. Great place and amazing staff.
