Our clinicians treat a wide range of conditions—including depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma—with a special focus on individuals who have not found relief with standard treatments. Founded in 2024 by Dr. Allie Sharma, a Cornell-trained, board-certified adult psychiatrist, Being Health was created to reimagine mental health care as modern, compassionate, and effective, with all services provided in a calming, healing environment.
We offer a range of evidence-based treatments that support your mind and body, including cutting-edge treatments like Spravato® (esketamine) when it’s a good fit for your needs. Spravato® is a non-invasive, FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Your care plan may also include medication management, therapy, and other treatments, along with services such as nutrition counseling, acupuncture, and functional medicine that integrate your physical well-being and lifestyle. We take the time to understand your full story so your care feels cohesive, supportive, and tailored to you.
We offer both in-person and virtual visits and are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Northwell Direct, Oscar, and UnitedHealthcare. Certain services may be covered by your insurance depending on your plan and/or your clinician. We look forward to supporting you on your path to feeling better.
