Being Victorious! Counseling Center PLLC

Currently taking clients. Schedule 15-minute, complimentary consultation on my website: https://barbara-lk-haralson5071.clientsecure.me/#services I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with cornerstone specialties in trauma-informed care, diverse relationship issues, and life transitions for holistic treatment, and crisis intervention. My seasoned journey is rooted in healing from adverse childhood experiences, long-term caregiving to family and community, overcoming economic and cultural oppression, blended family restoration beyond separation and divorce, and spiritual transformation to victory! My clients are diligently served (children ages 6-12, tweens, adolescents, young adults, and adults) to benefit from the Texas and Mississippi teacher certifications as well as diverse accomplishments of 20+ years in the energy field and community advocacy. I am Diamond Certified in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), an evidenced-based, research supported approach to therapy. This utilizes valid and reliable methods of expertise in psychotherapy. I also build healthy relationships with spiritual integration and expressive arts (nature, music, movement, drama, journaling/writing, play, and drawing/painting/sculpting media) as vibrant, resourceful options. This zeal in clinical work promotes solutions and resolution for recovery, healing, and developmental growth in relationships, parenting, academic and career guidance, abusive/adverse experiences, family maltreatment prevention, special-needs, bereavement, grief, and loss-related challenges. I am adept in therapeutic alliances with individuals, groups, and psychiatric hospital care (outpatient). These capacities prepare me to engage best hopes and interventions which integrate desired behavioral outcomes. My respect for client autonomy, cultural acceptance and inclusion, customized interventions, effective conflict resolution, processing creativity, and encouraging implementation, help to facilitate change management.
