This was the third problem I have seen Dr. Belter for and as usual she zeroed right in on it with some diagnostic maneuvers and then she did some very effective hands-on therapy and exercises for homework that will help it get better and prevent it from happening again.

She was professional, easy to be with, explained why I was having pain in certain muscles, (i.e.knowledgable), helped me with my shoulder pain in a variety of ways and gave me exercises to work on until our next visit.

Caitlin is so good, it was not like any Physical Therapy place I’ve been to before. It was completely one on one, all hands on, like a medical massage from a doctor. Never a wait time, Caitlin was always ready for me and spent the full 45 minutes with just me. I actually looked forward to going to PT. I saw her for neck and shoulder pain. I’ve learned so much and am out of pain, will be back next time I need her!

She is a highly skilled physical therapist who has, I'm delighted to say, relieved my chronic back pain like no other professional I have tried. Along with employing "manual focused orthopedic physical therapy", she customized a simple exercise regime that has help strength relevant muscles which helps stabilizes her hands on work.
